I carefully researched local companies to clean and color restore an expensive vintage Turkish rug I had purchased from Oscar Isberian in the city. Parviz was excellent to work with and Cassim Rug Gallery lived up to all the positive reviews. My rug looks amazing and he helped to blend a few spots that needed color repair from pet stains/cleaning chemicals. He also repaired the backing of a large entry-way jute rug that was disintegrating and would've cost me hundreds more to replace. The service was excellent and timely. I'll definitely use them again and highly recommend to others!

I can not say enough great things about Cassim and the entire process of designing my custom area rug and matching runner. Parvez was a delight to work with as he kept me abreast of the progress the entire time, even sending me pictures from overseas when it was on the loom. He worked diligently with me through the multiple CAD revisions to ensure I was pleased with the final design.

The quality is superb as it has various height levels and you can feel the silk, incredibly soft but very durable.

And... Parvez even came over with multiple options to see what design would work best in my place. Talk about customer service!

I'd highly recommend if you want a high-class, unique rug that's unlike any other. It's a piece of art & all of my guests are always complementing both the area rug and runner. Worth the extra money as it pulls my place together.
