Ordered several to go scoops, watched it be made and it was all good,
but it seemed to me that they were all placed in the bag upside down intentionally, as the personal saw what was going on and said nothing to rectify it , disappointed in the staffing there

I ordered and chocolate devotion (chocolate ice cream, fudge, brownies and chocolate chips) my boyfriend started to eat it and next thing you know there is Reese cups in it which my boyfriend is very very allergic to it. He had an allergic reaction and I called coldstones and they said "they must have mixed up your order" no manger was there either. I'm so mad at them

Creative ice cream options prepared at your request right in front of you. Staff is professional and engaging. Ice cream cakes are made to order and delicious.

This place is just plain not that good. The ice cream was very mushy. Anywhere is better than here. And it smells like raw sewage as you walk in or out the door. Slow service as well.

The experience I had this evening was the worst customer service I have ever had! Just now we waited 15minutes to order then when we got the order home it was wrong so we called and some young girl stating she was the manager that told me it was my responsibility to taste my order before I left to make sure it was right I asked her for her name and she told me she didn't have to tell me! I am disgusted with this store this is my 3rd complaint and now I am contacting the better business bureau! Horrible

They helped me order and were patient with me since it is my first time here. And they checked my gift card amount too! Thanks!

Great ice cream ! Loved the ice cream. It was so good! Get the ice cream from there. Saturdays are busy though at night.

I'm so disappointed. And for a couple of reasons.

First off, the two stars of for the ice cream being absolutely delicious every time we go. Those girls bust their asses and make it perfectly. My favs are the cheese cake special one and the birthday cake remix.

However. To the manager, owners, whoever.... this company is pretty large for a small establishment. You have so many locations.... don't be a cheap ass. Every time we are there, it is so understaffed. The line is long, people are annoyed.... and again, the girls work very quickly. It's a matter of 2-3 people serving a line of 10+.

I meant to leave a review previously that would have been more stars. However, tonight I was absolutely disgusted! There were only two girls working. They were making ice cream as well as working the cash register. I saw this worker with finger nails inappropriately long for working with consumable products.... ring somebody out with cash, the reach and grab a waffle cone, touch it with said dirty hands, make ice cream and give the customer.... then when she realized she had ice cream under her nails, she dipped the dirty finger into the water container that holds the ice cream scoopers. It was disgusting. Partially shame on this girl for being so gross. But more over shame on the establishment for slacking on staff support that these girls are forced to work with food and cash without washing their hands.

Me and my boyfriend always go to coldstone and at other locations they are good about allergies. My boyfriend is deathly allergic to nuts and he told the employee that he had a tree nut allergy and after that she took ice cream that was right next to 3 other ice creams that had nuts in it. She then proceeded to mix it on the same table they mix all of their other ice creams with which is cross contamination. He told her to remake it because coldstone usually takes the icecream fresh from a carton in the back so it is not around any other ice creams with nuts. When she remade the ice cream she took it from the front again right next to all of the ice creams and just did it all over again and the manager stood there watching and didn't say anything. This location needs new staff and better training because they put my boyfriends life is at risk. 0 stars for this location.
