About Reverend Lindsay Bona:

Rev. Lindsay Bona, MDiv, MPH< BCC, is a dedicated and experienced leader in Mission and Spiritual Care with over a decade of leadership experience. Lindsay utilizes her knowledge of spirituality and resiliency to empower executives, leaders, teammates, and physicians.

Lindsay holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) at Chamberlain University, a Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Western Theological Seminary in Holland, MI, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Hope College in Holland, MI. She completed a Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN,

In her professional career, Lindsay has served as Vice President of Mission and Spiritual Care at Advocate Health since July 2018, empowering leadership of Mission and Spiritual Care teams across sixteen hospitals.

Prior to this role, Lindsay was the Manager of the Spiritual Care Department at Michigan Medicine from 2008 to 2018. Lindsay also worked as a Staff Chaplain at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies from 2006 to 2008, providing spiritual care support for NICU, Labor and Delivery, and Antepartum Unit, including starting a support group for antepartum patients.

Lindsay is a member of the Association of Professional Chaplains, Pediatric Chaplains Network, and Reformed Church in America. She is skilled in change management, coaching, communication, empowerment, emotional intelligence, leadership, and team building.

Lindsay is a wife and mother who’s 13 year old will start high school in the fall. She loves knitting, hiking, gardening, and watching Netflix.
