They check in to make sure we are satisfied with our service and see if there's anything to improve--which we appreciate! They are swift and dependable.

Lori M.Naperville, IL879Apr 13, 2021I hired this company to come into my home to do a deep cleaning and as I was placing my house for sale. All seemed great until I found my Pergo floors were scratched up by the gentleman's mop. I contacted the company and was told that I was a scammer and my home was unkept and they didn't cause the problem. Owner came out and looked at scratches that were clearly new, and referred to her insurance company. (Acquity Insurance) I was informed by this company's insurance company that they have an exclusion that they do not cover anything that the cleaning company was brought into clean. I am stuck with a scratched floor and no recourse. Buyer beware with this company. If they cause damage in your home their insurance company will not cover the damages.

We stand by the quality of our services and I am sorry you are unhappy. I reported to the insurance as I am required to do in any event of rising issues. If the insurance findings didn’t please you then you should take the issue up with them. I have no say or weight whatsoever in what the insurance finds. And because I stand by the quality of our services the moment someone calls and makes threats to leave negative reviews unless I pay up money without giving me the chance to file with the insurance company first speaks volumes. My customers know my business and the quality of our services so if I give in to your threats than I believe nothing about what my business stands for which is hard work and we work hard to keep our business at a high standard that pleases the customers.
