    Join us for a lunch and learn panel discussion featuring Jacqueline Gargiulo, Agent of Culture Transformation & Organizational Change, and Wiktoria Wasik, Economic Development Program Manager at the Downers Grove Economic Development Corporation. In this panel, we will discuss strategies to help young professionals discover the value of in-person community building, and how employers can support and nurture Gen Z employees in their professional goals. Business leaders and staff members are encouraged to attend.

    Bring a lunch to the library and gain insights and ask questions during the discussion. This event will be held in Conference Room A.

    About the Panelists:

    Jacqueline Gargiulo, Agent of Culture and Change: Jacqueline collaborates with organizations to bring their strategies to life. She focuses on what matters most—people, purpose, and culture. With over a decade of experience leading company-wide change, she partners with executives and teams to design practical, human-centered solutions that make transformation stick. 

    A certified Organizational Development Consultant and leadership educator, Jacqueline blends research with real-world experience to help companies strengthen trust, collaboration, and performance. She’s led global culture initiatives, leadership programs, and large-scale technology adoptions that have positively impacted thousands of employees. 

    Jacqueline believes that when organizations invest in their people, they create the foundation for lasting success—where strategy, culture, and performance evolve together. 

    Wiktoria Wasik, Economic Development Program Manager at the Downers Grove Economic Development Corporation:  Wiktoria partners with local businesses and community leaders to drive economic growth, strengthen development strategies, and expand business outreach initiatives. With a background in policy research, project coordination, and team management, she brings valuable experience in business advocacy and leadership.

    As a proud member of Gen Z, Wiktoria offers a fresh perspective on the values, workplace expectations, and communication styles of her generation. She combines research-driven insights with lived experience to help organizations better understand and engage Gen Z talent in today’s evolving workforce.

    Wiktoria is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Owen—and like many in her generation, she embraces the balance of living at home while investing in what matters most to her.
