Synapse House offers a range of programs for individuals affected by brain injury, stroke and other neurological conditions. They offer a Clubhouse Day Program, Supported Employment Services to return back to work, Community Support Services for veterans and their KNZ Neuro-Fitness Gym with adaptive exercise classes.
