Wheaton, IL (March 4, 2008) We’re looking for that competitive spirit to surface among our supporters who will be bowling for a cause on Saturday, April 19th from 12:00 noon-3:00p.m. at Fox Bowl in Wheaton at the 6th Annual DuPage PADS Bowl-A-Rama. Teams last year raised over $30,000 to help people in crisis in DuPage communities! This year our goal is to fill all lanes (30 teams) and raise $35,000 to help end homelessness in our county. Teams consist of 1 captain and 4 bowlers. Each bowler commits to raise $140 in donations (or $700+ per team) for DuPage PADS which provides shelter and support for men, women and children who are homeless in DuPage County. DuPage PADS will provide 3 games, all-you-can-eat-pizza, ice cream, T-shirt, prizes for high donations, high score, raffle and unlimited laughs!
