Bill Heyden
launched his career in 1986 in operations with a Fortune 100 service
organization. Bill earned his undergraduate degrees
in Business, Education, and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, a
Masters degree in Education from National Lewis University in Chicago Illinois,
and a Masters degree in Educational Administration from Northern Illinois
University in DeKalb Illinois. Bill is a member of ASTD – (American Society for
Training & Development) the world’s largest association dedicated to workplace
learning and performance professionals. Bill is also a member of MANA –
Manufacturers Agents National Association. Bill is a MRERF CSP Graduate.
