Long term business planning in today's world is 1 - 3 years. By understanding where you should be or where you want to go in that time period, you can use those parameters as goals. This makes today's planning easier because the execution of the plan will be focused on arriving at that goal. It is easier to get directions to a
particular place if you know exactly where that place is.
The Business Roundtable Network group offers events, seminars, roundtable discussions that provide education, support and
idea sharing for businesses of all sizes and types.
Group meets on 3rd Friday of the month from 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM at the Chamber office.
