Small changes can produce big results and this presentation will help you get a baseline health assessment, show you interactive tools available through the American Cancer Society, and help you plan to make a positive lifestyle change—whether it is quitting smoking, exercising 30 minutes a day or eating a healthy diet so it can become part of your everyday reality.
