Event Description: DuPage Credit Union invites the community to attend its FREE educational, no-obligation First-time Home Financing Seminar from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 9th at the Naperville Operations Center, 1515 Bond Street. This one-hour program is intended for those preparing to purchase their first home. Topics will include: * The first steps to financing a home in today's market * More about the first-time homebuyer credit * What the Credit Union considers during the approval process * Other expenses you can expect with owning a home * What happens after you have been pre-approved for financing and have found a home * What to expect at closing * The benefits of financing through DuPage Credit Union versus other Mortgage Lenders


Directions:
Take I-88 west to Route 59, exit and turn south (left) onto Route 59 until you reach the intersection of 59 and Diehl Road. Turn east (left) onto Diehl Road, take one block until Bond Street and turn right. The Credit Union is located on the right-hand side of the street, between McDowell and Brookdale Roads.
