In 2011 the Illinois Chamber of Commerce unveiled a detailed jobs agenda to the members of the 97th General Assembly. Members of the Downers Grove, Lisle and Naperville Area Chambers of Commerce are invited to participate in this interactive and informative session on the status of the major pro-business initiatives proposed in the document. Why do we need a Jobs Agenda? Despite passage of workers' compensation reform last session, Illinois businesses remain at a competitive disadvantage, because bold proposals to truly reform the system were not included in the final legislation. The business community must remain involved and active in the fight to make Illinois a better place to do business. This briefing is free to attend.
