For those considering quitting, the American Lung Association's Freedom From Smoking® clinic has helped over a million Americans end their addiction to nicotine and begin new smoke free lives. This could be you. Clinic Dates: May 14 - June 25 (Tuesdays) The clinic meets every Tuesday except, quit week, which will meet two times, Tuesday June 4th and Thursday June 6th. Fee: $150 $50 rebate upon completion of all 8 session (100% attendance) The Freedom From Smoking® group clinic includes eight sessions and features a step-by-step plan for quitting smoking. Each session is designed to help smokers gain control over their behavior. The clinic format encourages participants to work on the process and problems of quitting both individually and as part of a group. It is led by an American Lung Association certified facilitator from Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital.
