Event Description: Are you ready for a smoke free beginning? For those considering quitting, the American Lung Association's Freedom From Smoking® clinic has helped over a million Americans end their addiction to nicotine and begin new smoke free lives. This could be you. Clinic Dates: October 15 – November 26 (Tuesdays) The clinic meets every Tuesday except quit week which will meet two times, Tuesday November 5 and Thursday November 7. Each session is designed to help smokers gain control over their behavior. The clinic format encourages participants to work on the process and problems of quitting both individually and as part of a group. It is led by an American Lung Association certified facilitator from Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital.

The lecture is at the Advocate Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Center, 3551 Highland Avenue, Downers Grove, Rooms A & B (2nd Level). The building is located in a separate complex north of the hospital. Please enter from the entrance on 39th street and proceed until the end of the lane. Please request for directions to the rooms at the front desk.
