Event Description: Get Covered Illinois Do you need more information on Insurance under the Affordable Care Act/Obama-care? To learn more, join Smith, in-person counselor, licensed with State of Illinois. The workshop is geared to - The Du Page County uninsured, or - Some one with a grandfathered individual health plan who wants to see other options, or - A student who is not on their parent’s plan as dependent or 26 years are older. The workshop will last about 30 minutes followed by a question and answer session. Join us for this event on Thursday, February 20, 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM. The lecture is at the Advocate Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Center, 3551 Highland Avenue, Downers Grove, Rooms A & B (2nd Level). The building is located in a separate complex north of the hospital. Please enter from the entrance on 39th street and proceed until the end of the lane. The rooms are in the Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Center. Ask for directions at the reception. There is no charge or registration required for this event. This is one of several year round lecture series that Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital sponsors to keep the community informed.
