Introduction: Because of the need of small business to succeed, it is very important for small business owners to understand the ins and outs of how a business including eBusiness should be built and run. This workshop is designed to cater to the needs of anyone, who has started a business and is  interested in developing and running  such businesses.About this Short Course: $AM and JJC propose this short course designed for new initiatives to develop business including e-business. It introduces all salient features of a business including e-business and then proceeds to show how it can be analyzed, designed and implemented. This course will not only help the budding entrepreneurs who are bubbling to get a business newly established business expanded but lack the rudimentary knowledge  in developing business, sales and marketing plans using the Internet effectively. By intelligently combining conceptual lessons with exercises, building & running a business including an  e-business will provide participants an opportunity to: learn the essentials of business including e-business get training in specific  business skills and develop a solid understanding of good Business practices, how to efficiently run a Business including Sales & Marketing techniques and Know the rules and regulations of the State of Illinois for running a small business. Each participant will go home with increased confidence to build & run his business including e-Business. Therefore, a must for anyone interested in developing his/her own Business


Prerequisite: Participants must have started a business. No knowledge of Computer, Internet or, business is assumed
