THE DATA AND INFORMATION YOUR BUSINESS GIVES YOU
Join the Business Roundtable on Friday, October 19 at
7:30 am to discuss some overlooked information about your business. This
event will meet from 7:30 am to 9:00 am at the Chamber Office (1015 Curtiss
Street, Downers Grove).
Many organizations and businesses work very hard at what
they do but many really can not tell you where their most productive efforts
might be, how much profit they made this month, how cash flow will be in the
“slow” months or how much inventory they currently have on hand.
What data should you collect? What data do you have in a
drawer or on your computer? What does this data tell you? How do you use it?
These questions will be discussed by Luanne K. Mayorga from
the Center for Entrepreneurship at the College of DuPage
